Journey of Discovery Coffee Table Book
The Journey of Discovery was Land Rover’s most ambitious modern day expedition, mounted to celebrate the one millionth Discovery rolling off the production line. We proposed using this content for a beautiful coffee table book commemorating the Journey of Discovery, sales of which could raise further money for the Red Cross. With that in mind, it was essential that the book was published as soon as possible after the team arrived in Beijing.
Above and Beyond
Working flat out, I set a template for the chapters, and it took just ten days from the completion of the journey for the team led by myself to retouch the images, plan and layout the book, compile, edit and add to the copy and design the pages. The 132-page, case-bound book was delivered to Land Rover three weeks after the one millionth Discovery completed its epic journey in Beijing.

New Discovery Sport: A Match Made in the Woods
In overseeing the launch of the new Discovery Sport, the event took place deep in the woods outside the Land Rover Experience Centre. The event was hosted by rugby legend David Flatman. Being a rugby fan, I knew he loves a BBQ, so I came up with a fun snappy short piece of content that ran alongside an atmospheric film showcasing the launch.
Titled, ‘Flats and Facts’ we challenged Flatman to list as many of the new features of the car as he could against the time it took for the perfect steak to be cooked—a challenge he rose to admirably. The film was viewed across Land Rovers social channels as well as Flatman’s own.

To celebrate Land Rovers exciting partnership with Virgin Galactic, the creative concept was to pay homage to a classic space launch sequence while also highlighting the New Discovery Sport’s spacious and versatile interior. In creating the vision, we worked with external partners to bring the concept to life using the CAD files from Land Rover
